Florida government announces they are revoking Disney's special status in the state

On Friday, Florida Governor Ron Desantis signed legislation stripping Disney of a special district that encompassed Walt Disney World, due to their woke public protest of Florida's parental rights bill.

In front of a lecture that stated "Freedom From Indoctrination", Ron Desantis announced that Disney was losing powers that allowed them to participate in a range of tasks that almost all other Florida Residents were not allowed to participate in. One of those measures was creating their own nuclear power plant, ran completely and solely by the Disney company. .

Disney had remained quiet while H.B. 1557, dubbed the 'Don't Say Gay' Bill was being worked on in the Florida house. However, once March came around, Disney then held their annual meeting, where CEO Bob Chapek announced they would be pulling donations in the state and publicly opposing Florida's new parental rights bill. This ultimately led to Disney deciding to include imagery of homosexual relationships in a few of their next movie releases, including their Toy Story spin-off Lightyear which will include a lesbian couple make-out scene.

The removal of the exempt status will cause Disney to pay more taxes in a substantial sum, and strip many rights Disney has not used.
