Human Remains found in Florida park near Brian Launderie's Posessions

The manhunt for Brian Launderie may have drawn to a close.

On Wednesday the FBI confirmed they had found body parts near items that have been identified as his possessions on a trail that connects to the Carlton Reserve. The FBI is investigating whether the body parts found are Brian Launderie’s or another individual.

Wednesday’s reportings have led many people who were a part of the manhunt to say that it is over. My opinion is that we should wait and see if we have identified the body as his before we say he is gone. At this point, he very well could have killed another individual in order to preserve his ability to hide, while going on the run leaving his possessions.
