Authorities say a woman was able to climb to the top of the border wall between the United States and Mexico but had gotten entangled attempting to make her way down to the U.S. side. Border patrol agents have reported she has died from her sustained injuries. This happened on a section of the border near Douglas, Arizona.
The 32-year-old woman wore a harness in attempting to traverse the border wall. While using the saddle to get down, her foot appeared to get entrapped within the spaces in the baltic fencing. That is where the border patrol found her dangling from the wall. She was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital, where she was then pronounced dead. An autopsy is being carried out to determine the exact cause of death.
Critics of Trump's border claim this is a reason why it was not a sensible plan to deter migrants illegally crossing the border. My argument is that a tragic event like what I have mentioned is just another deterrence for illegal border crossers. The wall is designed to intimidate people away from attempting to scale the US border and make it to the other side without documentation of the event.
STOP THE INVASION, AND PROTECT OUR SOUTHERN BORDER!
