Missouri AG announces a temporary ban on Biden lifting illegal immigration deterrent Title 42

Eric Schmitt, the attorney general for Missouri announced they have received a temporary ban on lifting Title 42 from our code of laws.

Louisiana and Arizona both joined the lawsuit that ended in a slight win. Biden had planned to pull the bill on May 23rd, the new lawsuit will delay the decision for some time, however, it has not been reported for how long the ban will prevent Biden from repealing the measure.
