The Kenosha County Eye (KCE) has uncovered a search warrant of Gaige Grosskreutz that never came to fruition.
Kenosha Police Department Detective Ben Antaramian, a prosecution witness, admitted under cross-examination last Monday that Kyle Rittenhouse only shot people who chased him through the streets during the Black Lives Matter riots. This piece of information causes me to raise the question, WHY DID GAIGES’ INTENT NOT MATTER. I would also like to point out Antaramian is the nephew of the mayor of Kenosha.
We could have had a much clearer understanding of the events of the night with the texts and messages sent before the night of the shooting. Yet, the nephew of the mayor had sent back the warrant request claiming “The warrant was not served due to new information coming forward.”
Another detective Martin Howard had testified that lead prosecutor T. Clair Binger had pressured both detectives to drop the warrant.
Binger is an unhinged lawyer who will play around with the law many times. He should be disbarred immediately after this trial. Between screaming at Kyle and insisting his guilt due to Rittenhouse taking his 5th amendment right, he is actively looking to deny the rights of an individual for a win for the state. He was pressuring police officers to keep evidence out of this trial and that is because the truth and justice are not important to these people.
