A draft opinion authorized by Justice Samuel Alito indicates the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey, which granted constitutional abortion rights to women.
The leak has led to outrage from Democrats like Alexandra Ocasio Cortez, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Hillary Clinton, and others. Senator Sanders of Vermont tweeted: "Congress must pass legislation that codifies Roe v. Wade as the law of the land in this country NOW. And if there aren’t 60 votes in the Senate to do it, and there are not, we must end the filibuster to pass it with 50 votes."
Elizabeth Warren the democrat senator from Massachusetts claimed extremists on the supreme court were poised to overturn Roe V wade and impose far-right unpopular views on the entire country, in her words.
The leaking of the document has been unprecedented. Democrats in positions of power or formerly holding those positions having prepared statements once the leak came out was also questionable.
When Democrats find out they will not get their way, they kick and scream and try to change the entire code of laws. We see it with the 2016 elections, complaining about the electoral college, threatening to dismantle it. BLM riots that saw catch and release become the mainstream in Democrat-run cities. Not to mention the repeated that to tearing down the Filibuster which has remained in use for decades and has seen unconstitutional laws be voted down numerous times.

Chief Justice John Roberts confirmed the authenticity of the leaked draft opinion suggesting the repeal of Roe v Wade, which legalized abortion throughout the nation. He then ordered for an investigation into the leak calling it an "egregious breach of trust."
